समता प्रतिष्ठान च्या कार्यकर्ते यांच्यासाठी दरवर्षी हिवाळी सहल आयोजित केली जाते.

सिंहगड, तिकोणा, लोहगड अश्या ठिकाणी ही सहल आत्तापर्यंत आयोजित केलेली आहे.

गडकोट किल्ले पाहणे, निसर्गाशी मैत्री करणे, समूह आणि संघटन वाढवणे

अश्या उद्‌देशाने या सहलीचे आयोजन केले जाते.

याची सर्व जबाबदारी ही कार्यकर्ते पार पाडतात.

या सहलीत गडभ्रमंती, गाणी, गडाचा इतिहास, घटनांची माहिती मिळवणे,

अशी ही सहल यशस्वी करण्याकरीता हे उपक्रम यात समावेश केला गेला.
